To place your deposit, select your cabin type, occupancy, and the quantity of passengers in the cabin. (The cabin occupancy and quantity of passengers should be the same!)

Adding someone to your cabin after booking will result in the cabin being repriced at the current market rate. If you anticipate having someone join you, book the correct occupancy as if they are already joining you. It is easier to remove a passenger than it is to add one.
