Yes — Portugal is an international destination. You'll need a valid U.S. passport. We'll send you everything you need to prepare.

No — international airfare is not included. We'll provide guidance on the best airports to fly in/out of and tips for booking smart.

Solo travelers are absolutely welcome. A solo supplement applies — see pricing above. You'll have your own room and all the community of the group.

All references to "The Organizers" shall be understood to include Bibb Consulting, LLC doing business as Addy and Terry Travel and persons affiliated through ownership with the owners of Bibb Consulting, LLC and Addy and Terry Travel. All references to "Globus" shall be understood to mean Globus Journeys.
Upon booking this trip, the guest consents to the Globus Terms and Conditions. The Organizers bear no responsibility for any changes to the trip itinerary or cancellation of the trip. Any grievances or concerns regarding the land arrangements should be directed to Globus.
In the event that the group trip is unable to proceed or if Addy and/or Terry are unable to participate for any reason, the guest is not entitled to any refund, payment, or compensation.
All activities and events are subject to modification or cancellation without notice. In the event an activity is cancelled, the guest is not entitled to any refund, payment, or compensation.
Making reservations for this package signifies your acceptance of our TERMS & CONDITIONS.
All payments to Addy and Terry Travel are non-refundable and non-transferable. This is because Addy and Terry Travel has contractual agreements with hotels, transportation providers, and other vendors that will not allow us to obtain any refunds. This structure allows us to keep our package prices competitive and offer you the option to make monthly payments on your vacation.
Passengers are responsible for ensuring that they have the proper travel documents and MUST CHECK with the respective consulate(s) or visa agency to determine whether any visas or passports are required. Passports are required to be valid for at least 6 months after the date of travel. Some countries require a full blank "VISA" page in the passport for stamping purposes. Any information provided on travel descriptions pertains to US citizens only. Non-US citizens should check with the respective consulate of the country(s) to be visited for current entry requirements. Reservations must be made in your FULL NAME as it appears on your passport. Your name on your invoice MUST match your passport.
Any reward points are at the discretion of the hotel.
Prices are subject to change without notice. Please make your reservations today at the current price to be locked in.
When making your reservations, you can choose to pay in full or select our convenient payment plan. If you select a payment plan, you will automatically be enrolled in our auto-bill payment plan. You can opt out of this program by emailing us at addy@addyandterry.com after you make your reservations.
Monthly payments are required to keep your reservations current. Your invoice will clearly note your payment plan. We suggest you add these dates to your personal calendar.
A late payment fee of $150 per person is required after the final due date listed on your payment plan. Late payment fees are automatically applied to your reservation the day after your final due date.
Questions and requests regarding late payments must be made in writing to addy@addyandterry.com.
All late payment requests must be approved by management before the final payment deadline on your account.
Reservations must be made in your full name as it appears on your passport.
