Personal Cruise Planning

Stop guessing which cruise is right for you.

A cruise can look perfect online and still be wrong for your pace, priorities, or budget. We help you compare the line, ship, cabin, itinerary, and real cost before you commit.

Who this is for

This is for you if…

  • You are overwhelmed by cruise lines, ship classes, cabin categories, and fare types.
  • You have narrowed the options but want an experienced second set of eyes.
  • You are planning a first cruise, milestone trip, adults-only getaway, family trip, or premium experience.
  • You want support after the deposit—not just a reservation number.

What we help you decide

The five decisions that shape the whole trip.

01

Cruise line and ship

The same itinerary can feel completely different on a different line or class of ship.

02

Sailing and itinerary

Port days, sea days, departure city, season, and trip length all matter.

03

Cabin category and location

We look at more than balcony versus interior. Deck, noise, motion, and distance matter too.

04

Fare and flexibility

The least expensive fare may have the least flexibility. We help you understand what you are choosing.

05

The real vacation budget

Drinks, dining, Wi-Fi, gratuities, excursions, hotels, transfers, and travel protection can change the comparison.

The process

Three steps, then we plan.

01

Tell us the trip

The request takes about five minutes.

02

Talk it through

We clarify what matters, what is flexible, and what is not.

03

Review the right options

We research, explain the tradeoffs, and help you book.

Why use a travel advisor?

You can book direct. The question is what happens around the booking.

A supplier can confirm its own product. Our job is to help you decide whether that product fits you, compare tradeoffs across options, and stay with you through the details that follow.

Client experience

“They knew the ship better than the crew did. Every recommendation—the cabin, the dining, the shore days—was exactly right.”

Before you request

Frequently asked questions

How quickly will I hear back?

We review new planning requests within two business days. After our first conversation, research timing depends on trip complexity and current supplier availability; we’ll tell you what to expect before we begin. If your dates are urgent, say so in the request.

Do I have to know exactly what I want?

No. Give us the feeling, priorities, budget, and constraints. Narrowing the field is part of the service.

Can you help if I already booked?

Sometimes a supplier allows a recent direct booking to be transferred to an advisor, subject to its rules and deadlines. Contact us before changing anything and we’ll confirm what may be possible.

Do you guarantee the lowest price?

No. Our value is fit, guidance, and support. Fares and promotions change, and the booking confirmation and supplier terms control.

Can you help with airfare and hotels?

When requested, we can coordinate pre- and post-cruise hotel stays and discuss available air-booking support. Airline schedules, fares, seats, changes, and cancellations remain subject to the carrier’s rules. Your proposal will state exactly which services are included.

What should I know about travel protection?

We strongly recommend travel protection. We can provide plan information and supplier options, but coverage, eligibility, exclusions, and claim decisions are determined by the insurance provider. Review the plan documents carefully and contact the provider with coverage questions.

How should I share accessibility needs?

Tell us early about mobility, sensory, dietary, or other accessibility needs that affect your cabin, transportation, dining, or excursions. Share only what is necessary for planning. We will request and confirm available accommodations with suppliers, but availability is not guaranteed. Accessibility contact: addy@addyandterry.com.

Ready when you are

Let’s make sure your next cruise fits you.

Tell us who is traveling, what matters, and what you want to spend. We’ll take it from there.

Fares, promotions, cabin availability, taxes, fees, and supplier terms can change until the required deposit is paid and the supplier confirms the reservation.
