I broke down the entire Sistahood@Sea 2027 itinerary day-by-day, so before you start packing, sis, you'll know exactly what six nights with your sisters on Celebrity Beyond actually looks like — port by port, sea day by sea day, no surprises.
This is The Golden Voyage: July 11 to July 17, 2027, round-trip out of Miami on one of the most talked-about ships in the fleet. Here's every single day, laid out the way I'd walk you through it over brunch.
Day 1 — Embarkation in Miami (July 11)
We set sail from PortMiami, one of the busiest and most efficient cruise ports in the world, which means embarkation day moves fast once you're in the terminal. Get to the port with your documents and your excitement — cabins are usually ready mid-afternoon, so plan to explore the ship, grab lunch at the buffet, and find your muster station before the mandatory safety drill.

For now, know this: the second that horn blows and Miami starts shrinking behind us, the trip has officially started. Sail away is not optional viewing — deck chair, drink in hand, sisters all around you.
Day 2 — Getting to Know Celebrity Beyond (Sea Day)
Our first full sea day is built for exploring the ship, and Celebrity Beyond gives you a lot to explore. This is the ship with the Rooftop Garden — an actual grass lawn eleven decks above the ocean — plus the Sunset Bar, the Retreat Sundeck, and a spa that will make you forget you have a return flight booked.
Dining on Beyond runs the gamut from the main dining room to specialty spots worth the upcharge, and the entertainment lineup changes throughout the cruise, so check your Celebrity app daily for what's showing. I'll share more on any group programming for this day as those details get locked in — for now, treat Day 2 as your welcome to grown-woman ship life. Sleep in. Order room service. Find your favorite bar before everyone else does.
Day 3 — Perfect Day at CocoCay
Perfect Day at CocoCay is Royal Caribbean's private island in the Bahamas — think turquoise water, a massive freshwater pool, cabanas, and Thrill Waterpark if you're feeling brave. This is a full beach day, and it books up fast once you're on the island, so decide before you dock whether you want a cabana, a beach chair, or just a towel and a sense of adventure.
Pack a swimsuit under your clothes, a dry bag for your phone, water shoes if you're picky about sand, and cash for anything you want to buy on the island. Sunscreen is non-negotiable — the Bahamian sun does not play, and neither should you.
Day 4 — Grand Turk, Slow and On Purpose
Grand Turk is the smallest, quietest stop on this itinerary, and I've already written a full breakdown of why it's one of my favorite low-key ports — salt history, a famous wild dolphin named JoJo, and a reef close enough to practically wade to. Short version: this is not the port to overschedule. Governor's Beach is a short walk from the terminal, Cockburn Town is walkable in under an hour, and the whole island moves at its own pace. Bring cash, bring water shoes, and bring zero expectations of a packed itinerary. Let it be quiet.
Day 5 — Puerto Plata, Dominican Republic
Puerto Plata is our Dominican Republic stop, and our group has a confirmed excursion included as part of this sailing — [insert confirmed excursion name and details here once finalized]. I'll share the full breakdown of that excursion, along with what to wear and what to bring, closer to sail date.
Outside of the group excursion, Puerto Plata itself is known for its beaches, its rum, and Pico Isabel de Torres — a mountain you can ride a cable car up for a panoramic view of the coastline. Whatever your day looks like here, this is one of the more culturally rich stops on the itinerary, so soak it in.
Day 6 — One More Day at Sea
Our final sea day is your soft-life day — the one where you stop checking the time and just exist. This is the day to revisit your favorite spot on the ship, whether that's the Rooftop Garden, the Solarium, or a quiet corner of the Retreat Sundeck you found on Day 2.
Use this day to start pulling your suitcase back together, settle your onboard account, and soak up every last bit of ship time with your sisters. I'll share any additional plans for this day as we finalize them — for now, protect your peace and your pool chair.
Day 7 — Disembarkation in Miami (July 17)
We're back in Miami on July 17, and disembarkation morning always goes smoother than people expect if you're organized the night before. Pack your bags and set them outside your cabin per Celebrity's instructions, grab a final breakfast, and say your goodbyes — or, more likely, start planning the next trip together before you've even left the ship.
Six nights goes fast. Golden Voyage is going to be one for the books.
