Booking Takeover
Booked it yourself? We've still got you.
What a Takeover Is
Same booking, same cabin —
now with us in your corner.
A takeover moves the cruise you already booked into our care. Your reservation, cabin, and price don't change — you just gain two advisors watching for price drops, chasing perks, and answering the questions the 800-number won't.
The Fine Print
Every line has its own rules.
Cruise lines only allow transfers within a window of your booking date — and never once you've paid in full. Find your line below, and when in doubt, just ask us.
Virgin Voyages
Within 30 days of booking, as long as the reservation isn't paid in full.
Royal Caribbean
Within 30 days of booking, outside final payment, and not paid in full. Bookings with Air2Sea tickets or a currency change can't be transferred.
Norwegian
Within 14 days of booking, and outside the final payment period — Norwegian's window is the shortest, so don't sit on it.
Princess
Within 60 days of booking, outside final payment, and not paid in full.
MSC
Within 60 days of booking, outside the final payment period.
Carnival
Within 90 days of booking, or before any penalties begin — whichever comes first. Bookings paid in full can't be transferred.
Ready?
Please complete the takeover form.
Fill it out and we'll handle the transfer with your cruise line. Addy will be in touch if anything else is needed — and again the moment the takeover is complete.
