Views on views minus the messy hair. Sailors will enjoy all the amenities of cabin life while watching the waves from a personal hideaway. It’s the closest Sailors can get to the ocean without getting wet (save that for the pool party).

Passengers are responsible for ensuring that they have the proper travel documents. A passport is required and must be valid for at least 6 months after the date of travel. For this sailing, your passport should not expire on or before February 13, 2027.
When scheduling your flights, please note the cruise departs from Seattle, Washington, on August 6, 2026, and concludes in Seattle, Washington, on August 13, 2026. You are responsible for booking your own travel arrangements to and from this port.
All prices are based on the prevailing rates of the cruise in effect at the time of price quotation. All cabins are priced based on market rates; group rates are not available. Bookings are made under the current promotion, with any applicable discounts (Military/Resident), which determines the perks you receive, such as onboard credit. In the event that the cruise rate increases, Addy and Terry Travel reserves the right to increase prices accordingly. Your final invoice will reflect increases resulting from price fluctuation.
Virgin Voyages does not offer price matching; if prices drop, you must cancel and rebook, which may incur fees.
Please note, when purchasing your flight, you pick your ship check-in time through the Virgin Voyages app. Please plan to arrive no later than 12 PM local time on August 6, 2026. You are required to be at the dock for departure no later than 2 hours before sail away. Please schedule your flight departing on August 13, 2026, no earlier than 11:30am to allow for debarkation and travel time from cruise port to airport.
When making your reservations, you can choose to pay in full or select our convenient payment plan. If you select a payment plan, you will automatically be added to our auto-bill payment plan option. You can opt-out of this program by emailing us at addy@addyandterry.com after you make your reservations.
Provided full payment is received no later than your final payment due date, travel documents, itineraries and travel instructions will be sent via email 30 days or earlier prior to travel. All documents will be sent via electronic mail.
It is the guests’ responsibility to notify Addy and Terry Travel of all email address changes.

The deposit to book the cruise varies depending on the type of cabin you want to book. It should automatically populate when you click to book.
It can be $200 to $2000.

The final payment date is 120 days prior to the voyage start date: April 8, 2026. We recommend making the payment at least one day earlier in case there are any payment issues.

No. This is not a traditional group cruise. We can and will offer suggestions for excursions though.

Yes! To use Future Voyage credit, just let Addy know in the email after booking when you provide your booking number.
If you have a My Next Virgin Voyage (MNVV) Placeholder, your deposit and applicable Sailor Loot will apply. Email addy FIRST with your MNVV booking number and she will take care of your booking directly.
Exclusions: If your MNVV is attached to a different travel agency, we cannot apply that to our group. Only MNVV's purchased directly from Virgin Voyages or Addy and Terry can be used.

No. Our activities are exclusively for guests who make direct reservations with Addy and Terry. While you're more than welcome to independently book a cruise, just know that our primary focus and events will revolve around our clients.
If you book direct with Virgin Voyages and want to participate with the group, you must request a First Mate transfer to Addy and Terry.

Addy and Terry Group Cruise Terms and Conditions
Addy and Terry group Cruise Terms and Conditions are subject to change at any time. The current terms are correct as of January 1, 2026.
All references to "The Organizers" shall be understood to include Bibb Consulting, LLC doing business as Addy and Terry Travel and persons affiliated through ownership with the owners of Bibb Consulting, LLC and Addy and Terry Travel. All references to "Virgin Voyages" shall be understood to mean Virgin Cruises Intermediate Limited.
Upon booking this cruise, the guest’s consent to the Virgin Voyages Ticket Contract. The organizers bear no responsibility for any changes to the cruise or cancellation of the voyage. Any grievances or concerns regarding the cruise should be directed to Virgin Voyages.
In the event that the group cruise is unable to proceed or if Addy and/or Terry are unable to participate due any reason, the guest is not entitled to any refund, payment, compensation.
All activities and events are subject to modification or cancellation with no notice. In the event an activity is cancelled the guest is not entitled to any refund, payment, compensation.
Making reservations for this package signifies your acceptance of our TERMS & CONDITIONS.
All payments to Addy and Terry Travel are non-refundable and non-transferable. This is because Addy and Terry Travel has contractual agreements with hotels, airlines and other vendors that will not allow us to obtain any refunds. This way we can keep our package prices low and allow you to make monthly payments on your vacation.
Reservations must be made in your full name as it appears on your passport. Passengers are responsible for ensuring that they have the proper travel documents and MUST CHECK with the respective consulate(s) or visa agency to determine whether any visas or passports are required. Passports are required to be valid for at least 6 months after the date of travel. Some countries require a full blank “VISA” page in the passport for stamping purposes. Any information provided on travel description pertains to US citizens only. Non-US citizens should check with the respective consulate of the country(s) to be visited for current entry requirements. Reservations must be made in your FULL NAME as it appears on your passport. Your name on your invoice MUST match your passport.
Missing a vacation is bad enough. Losing the money you paid for your vacation is even worse. Therefore, we recommend Travel Protection that helps provide coverage for Trip Cancellation, Interruption, Baggage Loss or Delay, Medical Expenses and more.
